How we handle inquiry and website data.
This notice covers sentiaturing.com. Sentia Turing is owned and operated by Azul Business Group Inc. Project-specific data handling and confidentiality terms are agreed in writing before an engagement begins.
1. Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your selected service goal, email address, description, and optional name, together with the page from which you submitted it. We use these details to evaluate and reply to your inquiry and maintain business correspondence. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing or start billable work.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, or confidential client records through the public contact form. The website does not accept file uploads.
2. Hosting & form delivery
This website is hosted by Google's Firebase Hosting. Hosting processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and detect abuse. Contact form submissions are transmitted via Formspree to our company inbox. These providers may process information on servers outside Canada. Google Analytics is not enabled for this site.

If a call-booking link is displayed, it opens an external scheduling service. That service explains its own data handling before you arrange a meeting. We do not send your inquiry answers in the booking link.
3. Theme preference
If you toggle between light and dark mode, your browser saves `sentia-theme` in local storage so your choice persists across pages. That setting is never transmitted to analytics or third parties.
4. Optional measurement
Advertising measurement is currently disabled on this site. You can use the inquiry form without agreeing to optional measurement.
When measurement is enabled and you opt in, we store validated campaign labels, Google click identifiers, and the initial landing path for the browser tab’s session. These may accompany your inquiry so we can identify its source. A successful submission can send Google Ads the page path and a random submission identifier to measure and deduplicate leads. Form answers, names, and email addresses are excluded from advertising events; advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are not enabled.
Your versioned measurement choice is saved in this browser. Use “Measurement preferences” in the footer when measurement is available to change it. Withdrawing clears stored campaign attribution and stops subsequent measurement. A choice on the Azul parent website does not authorize measurement here.
5. Retention & requests
We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond, manage an active engagement, or satisfy ordinary accounting and legal record obligations. Email us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your correspondence.
